Texture knitting has always been fun to Marianne Isager when designing new patterns. In one of her earlier designs, RET, RIB OG PATENT (KNIT, RIBBING AND BRIOCHE) Marianne combines three different techniques, knit, ribbing and brioche to make a beautiful texture that especially is visible when knitted in lighter colours.
RET, RIB OG PATENT has now been republished with new photos. In this new edition the suggested yarn is Alpaca 3. We love the beautiful softness and lightness that this yarn brings to this new version, whereas the yarn used in the original pattern made a heavier garment. RET, RIB OG PATENT is a one-size model, but for a smaller size it can be knitted in Isager Jensen Yarn.
