Midori Hirose writes about the design:
I designed a sweater using Roosimine technique, a traditional Estonian inlay technique (Roosimine means roses in Estonian). The flower motifs that look embroidered are made by passing yarn between stitches as if you weave in yarn while knitting. I disposed them asymmetrically on the front and shoulders like corsages. Their placement makes it possible to knit them in a single color. You can of course use more or fewer colors to your liking.
The pattern is available in English and Japanese. The pattern is being translated into Danish.

You need 2 different size of circular needles:
Smaller size needle for ribbing: 3 mm / US 2.5 /JP 3
Larger size needle for stockinette stitch: 4 mm / US 6 /JP 6
