SHIPPING AND REFUND

Yarn orders

Your online order will be packed and sent to you within 1 – 3 working days. Please note that items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day, and occasionally items may be temporarily out-of-stock or back-ordered.

Yarn orders for less than 50 g of particular colour(s) will be multiplied by 2,0.

If your purchase is faulty or damaged at delivery, we will cover all expenses for exchange and returns.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days.

If we are not able to deliver your purchase, we will refund the cost of the items within 14 days.

We are happy to exchange your purchase within 14 days, but we are unfortunately not able to pay for the postage.

workshops

The workshop price will be charged on your credit card 4 weeks prior to workshop start. At the same time we will send you a workshop confirmation.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

If you cancel your workshop 6 weeks prior to workshop start, you will get a full refund on the workshop price  -20% administration fee. If you cancel less than 6 weeks before the workshop, you will not be entitled to a refund. We will accept name changes on all workshops and accommodation, but please inform us.
ISAGER reserve the right to cancel a course 4 weeks prior to event start.
In the case of a course cancellation participants will either be offered an alternative date or a full refund but ISAGER will not cover any travel costs, compensate for time spent travelling or away from the place of work, nor cover any costs for accommodation.
