Isager Baby Yarn
The ‘Eco Baby’ yarn has been renamed into ‘Isager Baby Yarn’. Originally, this soft yarn only came in the undyed E-colors, but five beautiful, dyed colors have now been added to the palett.
The yarn consists of 68% Baby Alpaca and 32% Organic Pima Cotton, which together give an unbelievable softness to the yarn, perfect for projcts for the young ones.

New book
The book A KNITTING LIFE 3 – TOKYO TVERSTED is the third volume in a series of three, in which Marianne Isager talks about her life with knitting over five decades.
“For my Confirmation my Uncle Niels gifted me two beautiful Japanese wood cuts. This present awoke my interest in Japanese art and later, when Japanese fashion designers entered the Western fashion world, my curiosity for this fascinating country grew. In 2001 I met my husband, Nels, who at that time lived and worked in Tokyo; this was the beginning of 15 years of commuting between Japan and Denmark but also the beginning of many enriching experiences.
My knitting is always inspired by the things going on around me, experiences from daily life and from travels. My long stays in Japan became an important source of inspiration. This book is about my life in Japan and what inspired me on this journey.”

Bordeaux is trending, and many of you have requested this beautiful, dark red-violet shade in Spinni and Tvinni. It is available, and we hope you will like the new colour.
New pattern
LACE SCARF is a beautiful small scarf with neat techniques designed by Helga Isager.
The scarf is knitted back and forth in garter stitches and shaped using Japanese Short Rows. Stitches are bound off at the beginning of the scarf for the first knot. Then a lace edge is knitted sideways onto the scarf, and at the end stitches are bound for the second knot.
For the best result, we suggest knitting LACE SCARF in thinner yarns; e.g. 25 gr ISAGER SOFT FINE or 50 gr ISAGER ALPACA 2.
New pattern
When preparing designs for books, not all make it to the final version. ZAMBEZI was planned to be included in A KNITTING LIFE – OUT INTO THE WORLD, but the pattern took up too much space in the book, nevertheless It is still a design that Marianne Isager really likes. The beautiful pattern was inspired from a piece of African textile, displayed in a museum in Harare, Zimbabwe.
The lighter version of the sweater is knitted in the following yarns: ISAGER JENSEN YARN, ISAGER ALPACA 1 and ISAGER MERILIN

New pattern
We have been looking forward to presenting this new model for you; a light and airy BOUCLÉ DRESS, designed by Lis A. Mortensen. As the name implies, the dress is knitted with the soft and fluffy Isager Bouclé yarn. The dress is knitted from the top down with elegant, ribbed edging at the neck.
Materials: Isager Bouclé, knitted with one strand.

Bolette Steen Gudmundsson has previously designed Polka Romper and Polka Dress, and now the pattern for Polka Skirt is launched in in sizes 3, 5, 7 and 9 years.
