Construction notes
The sweater is worked in a slip stitch pattern with triangles in different colours. Front and back are worked separately and the shoulders are knitted together. The shoulders are shaped using short rows. The sleeves are worked top down and stitches for sleeves are picked up and knitted along armhole edge.

Some of the elements from Marianne’s first book ‘The Year Around’ are repeated in this one. She has chosen ‘the course of the year’ and the book has small poems for each month. Friend of Marianne and Japanese artist, Kazuyo Imai has decorated the book beautifully with aquarelles for each month.
