CONSTRUCTION NOTES
The skirt is worked in the round from the waist down. A double edge is worked at
the waist. This is folded around a wide elastic band and sewn in place when making
up.
The principle of the skirt’s patt is that 8 cable panels are worked with increases placed
in the purl sts either side of each panel to give the skirt the width and length
desired.

3.5 mm circular, dpn for cables
