WEBSHOP ORDERS
Your webshop order is packed and shipped within 1-3 working days after receiving your order. If any items on your order are temporarily out of stock, we will contact you by e-mail. If we cannot deliver the order, we will refund your purchase within 14 days.
If your order is faulty or damaged by delivery, you should contact us at webshop@isagerstrik.dk or by phone at +45 98 93 15 93. Hereafter we will immediately send you possible missing/damaged items and/or cover any costs related to exchanging/returning of products or refund your purchase within 14 days.
If ordering less than 50 g of a colour/quality (as part of yarn kits), the price is multiplied by 2,0 as we spend extra time winding the yarn.
If you wish for a specific dye lot we always try our best to find it for you. If not possible we will send the available dye lot. If you want certainty about the availability of a dye lot, please contact us by phone or email and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Cancellation rights
ISAGER provides the statutory 14-day cooling-off period, starting from the day you receive your order. The cooling-off period ends 14 days after the day you received your order.
Around Christmas the cooling-off period is extended until January 14th.
The cooling-off period means that you have 14 days from receiving your order to let us know that would like to make use of your cancellation right. You do this by contacting us via e-mail at webshop@isagerstrik.dk. You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the goods unless you inform us at the same time.
Partly cancellation
If you have purchased several items, it is possible to return one or more items from a larger order. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded, if you choose to partly refund an order.
All cancellation rights are waived when purchasing digital products for download (pdf patterns).
Returns
Digital downloads are not refunded or exchanged.
After letting us know that you would like to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the goods to us. You must let us know that you are returning your order. Packing slip must be included in the return package.
The customer must cover any costs for return and is responsible if any of the goods are damaged during transport.
Goods can also be returned within 14 days in our shop at Skolevej 11, Tversted, 9882 Bindslev.
The state of the article when you return it
Yarn should be returned with original labels and cannot be broken. Books, accessories, etc. Should be carefully wrapped, minimizing the risk of damage during shipping. We recommend returning items in the original packaging.
Refunds
If you make use of your cancellation rights, we will refund your purchase. It the value of the goods have been lessened in any way (e.g. due to damage during shipping), we will deduct the amount liable to you. We will refund all payments received, including shipping costs (however, this does not apply to any extra delivery costs in those cases where other means of delivery that our cheapest form of standard delivery is chosen), no later than 14 days after receiving notice that from you that you would like to cancel your order. We must have your return parcel in hand no later than 14 days after receiving notice from you that you would like to cancel your order.
We will refund you via QuickPay to the account used at purchase. We can hold back the refund until we have received and handled the return, unless you provide us with documentation that you have returned the goods.

Returns dropped at parcel shops/pick-up points will not be collected.
Sales outside of Denmark
ISAGER does not hold responsibility for any customs fees/duty that might be imposed on products upon import when shipping abroad from ISAGER. These fees are borne by the recipient.
Complaints
We are so sorry the product(s) you bought did not meet your expectations. We always check an item before sending it, however, unforeseen events can occur, or the item may have a manufacturing defect.
If you wish to file a complaint, please send us an email at webshop@isagerstrik.dk as soon as you become aware of a possible defect.
We will contact you as soon as possible, normally within 2-3 business days after having received your complaint.
If your complaint is valid, it means that you can either have the item(s) exchanged, refunded or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.
WORKSHOPS
The workshop fee is paid when signing up. If you have booked a rooms in one of our guest houses, you’ll receive a payment link 14 prior to workshop date. Please read our cancellation policy below.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
- If you cancel 6 weeks prior to workshop start, you will get a full refund on the workshop price -20% administration fee.
- If you cancel less than 6 weeks before the workshop you will not be entitled to a refund.
- We will accept name changes on all workshops and accomodation, but please inform us.
- ISAGER reserve the right to cancel a course 4 weeks prior to event start.
In the case of a course cancellation participants will either be offered an alternative date or a full refund but ISAGER will not cover any travel costs, compensate for time spent travelling or away from the place of work, nor cover any costs for accommodation.
