New book by Marianne Isager
Virginia
Helga Isager’s inspiration for this design was the clothings in the film ‘The Hours’ from 2003. In the role as Virginia Wolf, Nicole Kidman is wearing beautiful earthy coloured dresses with loose fit.
Flowers
Marianne was invited by the Danish knitting society NETMASKERNE to contribute with a design for their exhibition at the art center Silkeborg Bad. The theme was KNITTED NATURE and Marianne made the garment, FLOWERS.

TEXTURE VEST
TEXTURE VEST s a new design knitted in Alpaca 3 and Spinni, a yarn combination that makes a surprisingly nice, rustic but at the same time soft fabric. The vest has fine details with rib edges that continue into the pattern, and a beautiful collar.
