SLEEVES
Left sleeve: Cast on 61 (65) 69 (69) sts on a 2,5 mm (US1½) needle with one strand of each yarn held together. Cast on using the Italian cast-on method and cast on over only one needle, to ensure that the cast on does not become to loose. Work 4 rows of double knitting the same as on the front, then work rib:
Row 1 (WS): K1 – *K1, p1 *. Repeat from * to *. End with k1.
Row 2: *k1, p1 *. Repeat from * to *. End with k2.

Size M: Change to a 3 mm (US2,5) needle and continue in stockinette stitch, while working 3 increases evenly across the first RS row. There are now 68 sts on the needle. Now work an increase row every other RS row a total of 23 times as follows (RS): K1, M1R, knit to the last stitch, M1L, k1.

AT THE SAME TIME bind off 8 (8) 12 (12) sts every WS row once, then 2 sts every WS row once and then 1 stitch every other WS row a total of 4 (4) 5 (5) times. Then bind off 1 stitch every WS row a total of 12 (13) 14 (15) times.(following line deleted)
Size M: Continue binding off 2 sts every WS row once
Size L: Continue binding off 2 sts every WS row twice
Size XL: Continue binding off 2 sts every WS row 3 times
A total of 27 (30) 37 (40) times have been bound off over 48 (52) 56 (60) rows.
There are now 52 (54) 52 (54) sts left on the needle.

PLEAT 2: Again slip the next 8 sts on a double-pointed needle (A) – slip the following 8 sts onto a second double-pointed needle (B) – fold needle A and B into a V pointing away from you (opposite of before), then hold parallel behind the next 8 sts. Knit through all 3 sets = PLEAT 2.
Knit 2 (3) 2 (3) sts and bind off the remaining 20 (22) 20 (22) sts from the WS.
